Account Manager

The Build Scale Prosper Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Build Scale Prosper leadership team and with clients to help manage those relationships and ensure the best work is bought and created. We are looking for someone interested in collaboration and learning about marketing & product development. You should be a hungry and ready/willing to learn. This is a HUGE opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Update client status and feedback documents for project initiatives
  • Write and distribute internal documents to ensure clear communications to the creative team
  • Construct timelines, scopes and project manage initiatives
  • Participate in internal creative and strategy reviews
  • Regularly create pitch documents, emails & ongoing outreach to new potential clients
  • Work with the Head of Client Solutions and others to develop and implement account and project plans, build relationships and lead client thinking

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to prepare presentations
  • Digital marketing, social media or other agency experience preferred
  • Site build management experience a bonus
  • Passionate about marketing, sales, creativity, and technology
